- Respond to emails pertaining to guest bookings and inquiries 0 Ensure Front Office team receives up to date guest and reservations information / documents within deadlines. 0 Work closely with the Front Office team In determining the percentage for overbooking. 0 Monitor group reservation activities daily and communicate status to the Sales teams 0 Follow up on tentative Sales bookings with respective Sales Manager to update status.
