NETWORK ENGINEER
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and dynamic individual for our Information Technology Department as a “Network Engineer”.
Job Profile :
The selected candidate will be responsible for,

• Upgrading, designing, installing, maintaining, and supporting LAN, WAN, and VoIP infrastructure

• Provides administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and support of Office 365 cloud apps. Exchange Online, Active Directory Federation Services, and other services

• Perform Proxy solution component upgrades, testing, and configuration and maintain stabilize and optimize proxy solution system performance, including rules and reports

• Develops documentation explaining configuration, advanced technical concepts, and best practices including high availability, recovery, and disaster recovery

• Ensure Network Security with proactive monitoring and complying with industry standards

• Vendor management of services, implementation, maintenance, and support contracts I service level agreements

• Lead and develop system recovery processes to minimize the impact of disaster scenarios

• Capacity planning, health check monitoring, and management reports for data/voice network / messaging platform

• Adhere to the information Security Policy of the Bank

• Respond to inquiries from a variety of sources (e.g. regulators, auditors, staff, vendors and service providers, etc) for the purpose of providing technical assistance and support
Applicant’s Profile :
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Information Technology I Computer Science in the relevant field which is recognized by the University Grants Commission

• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in network implementations and maintenance of enterprise environments
• Professional Qualifications such as CCNA, CCNP (Routing b Switching / Security / Voice) or equivalent
• Other Professional qualifications related to networking, Network Security b Voice will be an advantage

• Experience administering 0365, Exchange, Azure Active Directory and SharePoint environment and Proxy solution

• Knowledge and hands-on experience on enterprise network maintenance b management

• A good team player with strong analytical, interpersonal skills and willing to take up challenges

• Excellent Project Management b Leadership skills

• Strong skills capabilities and knowledge of the following areas are expected.
Cisco Routers, Switches b Firewalls

Proxy solution (Cisco / Bluecoat / Forcepoint) Cisco VoIP Telephony (SIP, MGCP, and H232) Practical knowledge of packet analysis
Office 365 Exchange Online hybrid infrastructure

Firewalls (Cisco / Fortigate / Palo Alto)

Layer 3 Routing such as BGP, EIGRP and OSPF
