| We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Director of Security to join Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, the much-anticipated project valued at 1 billion USD, opening in late-2022.
Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed Conglomerates in Sri Lanka. Reporting to the Director of Security, the Assistant Director of Security will be expected to liaise with the Director of Security and all members of the Security department. You as the Assistant Director of Security will be responsible for assisting and acting in the Director’s absence to oversee and implement all safety and security programs. You will be expected to take initiatives to ensure the safety of guests, employees, and the property. • Are you a Security Specialist with sufficient working experience in the security industry? • Do you have over 12 years of prior experience as a Commissioned Officer in the Military/Police service or over 7 years of international hotel security experience in a management position? • Have you been exposed to electronic security equipment (CCTV, BMS, and Fire)? • Are you capable of building a winning team?
