IMMEDIATE VACANCIES • Interact with guests for feedback on product quality and service levels. • Possess the ability to motivate, lead and produce results with limited number of staff in a timely manner. • Respond and handle guest issues and complaints. • Ensure that guests are always receiving an exceptional dining experience. • Ensure that all recipes & product yields are accurately costed and reviewed regularly. • Ensure that all food items are prepared as per standard recipe cards whilst maintaining portion control and minimizing waste. • Ensure that food stock levels within the culinary department areas are of sufficient quantity and quality in relevance to the hotel occupancy and function forecasts. • Responsible for smooth running of the kitchen and manage areas of cost, stock, wastage control, hygiene and safety practices within the kitchen. • Maximization of revenue and sales targets via promotions and special events. • Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. QUALIFICATIONS • Professional qualification in the relevant field / Hotel Management • Possess minimum 10 years of experience in the field, in which 05 years in a similar capacity in a boutique Villa/star class hotel operation • Male in the age group of 30 – 45 • Excellent command of written & Spoken English. • Computer literate • Income reports of all revenues daily and reconcile with revenue reports. • Audit and balance all front office postings and settlements. • Preparation of daily flash report. F & B cost reports. • Monitor, review and verify daily credit card payments, compare with revenue reports and banking cash collections. • Monitor, review and verify all food and beverage postings and outlet revenues. • Monitor, review and verify all hotel reports and night audit reports. • Maintain the petty cash float and prepare petty cash reimbursements accordingly. • Maintain accounts payable and process cheque payment vouchers. • Conduct daily bar inventory checks and random inventory checks at all outlets. • Compile month-end inventory list and prepare consumption and cost reports by deadline for head office evaluation. • Liaise with the Property Heads. Head Office team, banks, auditors and other regulatory bodies. REQUIREMENTS • Hands on experience in Hotel Finance Operations with minimum 2 years of working experience. • Professional qualification fully or part in finance from a recognized institution. • Ability to work under pressure to meet with tight deadlines under minimum supervision. • Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP Systems. • Male, age below 35 years. 2.
