The key responsibilities involved in the position of Head of Human Resources among others are :- ~1° Assisting in development and implementation of the Human Resource Management Plan. 6' Reviewing current policies, systems and procedures of the bank relating to key result areas of Human Resource Management and develop new strategies to achieve corporate goals of the bank. '3 Preparation and Defining of policies & programmes that cover Human Resource Development & Management. .3. Providing guidance to all functions relating to key result areas of Human Resource Management and General Administration. ’1' Developing succession plans and career path planning for employees. 6‘ Handling Trade unions, discipline and matters pertaining to industrial relations.
