» Main Job Responsibilities
• Undertake one-on-one coaching of players in the Sri Lanka Cricket Player Pathway
• Travel with the UI9 team on designated home and away tours
• Observe Sri Lanka Cricket UI9 players in competitions whenever possible
• Provide written feedback on team and individual performances
• Collaborate with Sri Lanka Cricket High Performance staff and assist in selecting players for various programs
