Qualifications and experience government jobs

a) A Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Community Development,
Business Administration or any other similar field which is
recognized by the University Grants Commission. Any other
Microfinance, credit management qualifications from a
recognized body is highly preferable.

Experience

b) Minimum 3 years’ experience in the required area of
specialization

c) Working experience in a donor funded project / Microfinance
Institution in similar capacity is desirable.
