Applications are invited to recruit a suitable candidate possessing the relevant qualifications and experience for the following post.
1) Post of Deputy Manager (Logistics) - MM (1-1), Grade II - (01 Vacancy )
Qualifications External Candidates: 1. Educational A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management /Science/Commerce/Marketing/HR from a University recognized by the University Grants Commission. 2. Professional Membership of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers UK is required to work in the Commercial Divisions. And 3. Minimum of one (01) year satisfactory service in the managerial capacity (MM) in a Government Department/ Corporation/Board or a reputed Mercantile Establishment in the relevant field after obtaining the above qualifications.
Internal Candidates: Qualifications relating to the External candidates above. Or Minimum of five (05) years satisfactory service in the post of Junior Manager (JM 1-2) or above in the relevant field.
Salary Scale : MM 1-1 Grade (ii) -2016: Rs. (53,175- 10 x 1375-15x 1910 - 95,575) As per the revised salary the selected candidate will be placed at the initial point of (MM 1:1), Grade (ii) Category, is 53,175/- as of 01/01/2020. In addition to this salary, Government approved Allowances for State-Owned Enterprises will be paid.
