JOB SPECIFICATIONS - Possess a basic degree in people resources, business administration or any related discipline from a recognized university - Preferably a member of the Institute of Personnel Management in Sri Lanka or any other recognized institute - An MBA in Business Management/HRM from a recognized university or an Attorney-at-Law with experience in HR will be an added qualification - 10 to 15 years' experience in people management at senior management level, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industries - Experience in organization development, manpower planning and recruitment, training and development and compensation and benefits
