With this in mind we are on the lookout for a high caliber, energetic personality with an outstanding track records in leadership to steer the entire business operation.

As the GROUP GENERAL MANAGER your responsibilities will include formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies. You should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision maker helping our people develop and be productive.

You are expcted to identify opportunities for growth and diversification analyze strength and weakness as well as prepare and execute company’s plans for business growth in the domestic market.
We need you to:

> Be a qualified finance or an Engineering professional, ideally

a BSc Engineer or a member of CA Sri Lanka, preferably having MBA with minimum of Five year experience in working as a CEO / Group General Manager in the corporate sector or be a high caliber leader in a public or a semi government sector who has track records in challenging professional background with more than 10 year experience at higher level.

> Be around 45 to 65 years of age

> Efficiently manage finance and the overhead of business operation

> Be the leader directing the head of departments, team leaders and senior managers to achieve desired goals

> Provide strategic direction and to successfully manage the entire business operation

> Develop novel concepts and innovations

> Capture and enhance the company’s market share

> Develop passionate consistent responsible corporate culture
