Job Profile:

 To provide technical support to customers and fix Software (Operating system/device drivers)
and Hardware faults on Desktop and Laptop PCs (Dell, Lenovo, Etc).

Troubleshoot and repair penpheral devices such as Printers, Scanner, etc.

Advise customer on the proper use of their PCs and Laptops.
