the Job

/ Responsible for the strategy, the business, and the operational plans of the branch
✓ Responsible to lead and manage the branch to be customer-centric
/ Responsible for building HNWI relationships
/ Responsible to achieve stretched targets with emphasis on profitability, driven by aggressive sales/ acquiring of potential customers
/ Responsible for right risk-reward balance when driving business
/ Responsible to ensure efficient functioning of branch operations driven by digital initiatives
/ Responsible to provide facilitating leadership to staff to grow beyond boundaries

The Person

/ Be part/fully qualified with a suitable academic or a professional qualification in Banking and/or Finance
/ At least 12 years of banking experience out of which around 5-6 years as a Branch Manager in branch banking
/ Be strategically oriented to foresee opportunities as well as risks
/ Be excellent at relationship management and peoples skills
/ Possess proven leadership and analytical skills
/ The position is at Manager Grade.
