Senior Executive -Warehouse Operations (Katunayaka)
Responsibilities
1. Maintaining active stocks & location accuracy by monitoring the results of cycle counts discrepancy identification
2. Quality orientation and standard of the warehouse and it’s practices by maintaining 5S, KAIZEN, and process calibration
3. Achieving positive internal and external audit results of the warehouse
4. Plan and manage warehouse day-today operations and enhance the operational efficiency and productivity
5. Maintain and improve active GP margin by control cost and improve capacity utilization
6. People development, career development, and succession planning to uplift, enhance employee skills
7. Understand & manage employee work-related grievances, manage absenteeism and employee turnover
Qualifications
1. Degree in Logistics/Business Management from a recognized university. MBA or Other professional qualifications in material and supply chain management will be an added advantage.
2. Minimum of 03 Years executive experience in large scale warehouse operations. Experience in a finished good warehouse will be a definite advantage.
3. Should have exposure in ERP applications.
4. Good interpersonal skills and people management skills.
