POST OF PRIVATE SECRETARY TO THE CHAIRMAN We are based at Mullaitivu. Our main focus is tourism and we are also diversified into other businesses. The company started operation in the year 2017 and currently has 52 employees. Currently have business in 5 locations. We would like to make this company become stronger in the year 2023 with cooperate image. Applicants are invited for the Post of Private Secretary to the Chairman from citizens of Sri Lanka who possess the below-mentioned qualifications and experience. Qualifications and Experience: a) A Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent experience b) A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role within a structured corporate environment c) Knowledgeable in the use of the internet and other electronic office equipment d) This position is responsible lor managing administrative duties for the Chairman of the Board as well as handling daily operations and sensitive assignments that include highly confidential information. Provide critical information connection between the Chairman, directors, client, and staff to result in high quality and timely delivery of service. W« ciiag*ycorworld e) To restructure the company and design a better operation system. General Conditions: Age – Not more than 50 years. Salary – Monthly salary will be Rs. 75,000/- to Rs. 120,000/= depending on the candidate’s knowledge and experience. In addition, accommodation and a bike for Local purposes will be provided. Languages/Skill – Excellent written in English is must (Tamil and Sinhala is advantage). Verbal communication skills in English, Tamil and Sinhala is a must. Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office packages Appointment: The appointment is permanent subject to 6 months’ probation period. Working on weekends is essential, weekdays /weekends will be given off in lieu. Other terms – The Employee will be a member of the Employees’ Provident Fund and Employees Tiust Fund and contributions would be made to the said schemes by the Employer and Employee in accordance with the relevant Acts.
