MANAGER- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (SHOWROOM & FRANCHISE OPERATIONS) Basic Requirements: • Age between 30 – 45 years – G.C.E. (A/L) 03 Passes ♦ Sound command of English and Sinhala • Professional qualification in Sales or any Marketing qualification from a recognized Institute – Minimum of 04 – 06 years work experience in a related field ♦ Experience in sales or marketing in bakery products / frozen range of products with sound knowledge of innovative marketing strategies would be an added advantage – Should be a Team player with an ability to work in a challenging environment ♦ Track record of leading a team that consistently meetsexceeds goals • Computer Literacy – Valid riding licence (Applicants who possess Institutional sales background & business development activities will be given priority) An attractive remuneration including fringe benefits will be offered to the selected candidate.
