DEPARTMENT OF SOFTWARE ENGINEERING (Disciplines: – Multimedia, Software Engineering, Database Technologies, Computer Graphics, Animation, Computer Games, Web Development, Programming)
Qualifications
Temporary Lecturer:

A Degree with specialization in a relevant subject with First or Second Class (Upper Division) Honours;

OR

A Degree with specialization in a relevant subject with Second Class (Lower Division) Honours;

OR

(a) A Degree with specialization in the relevant subject without Honours or any other Degree

with at least Second Class Honours;

And

(b) A Doctoral Degree in a relevant subject

Or

(c) A Master degree in the relevant subject obtained after a full-time course of study of at least 24 months duration (or equivalent part-time course of study) with a research component by way of thesis/dissertation.

Or

(d) A full-time Master Degree in a relevant subject of a minimum of 18 months duration with at least 60 credits of which not less than 15 credits of research by way of thesis/dissertation.

Temporary Demonstrator:

An Honours Degree with specialization in the relevant subject

(A person awaiting results could also apply)

Or

A graduate with First or Second Class, with the relevant subject
