Principal Responsibilities:

. To prepare and deliver the U19 Team practice and match programs under the direction of High
Performance Centre

0 Organize and run practice sessions for the selected U19 players and ensure maximum opoonunllies for all
players to develop their still based

0 Provide access to high Quality indoor and outdoor pracice facilities to deliver the program.

- To undemlue one on one warning ol players in the Sri Lanka Cricket Player Pathway

- Travel with the U19Team on designated home and my touts,

- To observe Sri lanIra (rider 019 players in competitions where possible.

- To develop team and individual objectives

- To provide writhen feedback on team and individual performances
