We are looking for ambitious Area Managers to join our team. You will take on responsibility for operations of our Outlets in an allocated area. You will also be responsible for our staff, so we expect you to be a hard worker who will lead by example.
AREA MANAGERS
Qualifications (1 or 2 below)

1. A degree in Business Administration I Business Management I Public Administration / Economics or Commerce which is recognized by the UGC.

OR

2. Having completed the intermediate certificate of a recognized professional chartered institute, of which the subject area is relevant to the post.
Duties and responsibilities

• Plan, implement and monitor the regional operational strategy.

• Set goals and objectives for outlets in the area.

• Oversee operations to ensure efficiency within the area.

• Train and onboard new employees.

• Set up and monitor outlets KPIs and report.

• Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and operational guidelines.

• Deal with customers’ complaints, Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest solutions for improvement.

• Increase revenues.

• Plan & execute regional training.

Salary & other allowances

• Salary Scale – JM 1-1 Rs. 42,600 [10 x 755 – 18 x 1,135 – 70,580] in addition, the allowance approved by the government will be paid.

• Other benefits – travelling allowances (reimburse basis) Rs. 50,000.00 ,

Area Manager allowance Rs. 5000.00 and Communication allowance Rs.1, 125.00

Every Applicant

I. Should be a citizen of Sri Lanka.

II. Age should be below 45 years.

III. Should be physically and mentally fit to discharge the duties of the post well and to serve in any part of the island.

IV. Should be of excellent moral character.

V. Experience in Retail Chain will be given high priority.
