Key Responsibilities Attend to all electrical, air conditioning, mechanical and plumbing work in branch building in view of new installation, repair and maintenance and other bank buildings including preparation of specifications for air conditioning job, electrical diagrams and all other MEP related jobs where Bill of Quantities, tender documents, supervision of installation work, certification of payments etc. through field inspection visiting to respective sites and any other related works which are assigned by Assistant General Manager — Building & Maintenance.
